HIPRALONA ENRO-I
Enrofloxacin, in injectable solution
COMPOSITION PER ML:
Enrooxacin 50 mg
Enrooxacin is a third generation uoroquinolone which has been developed to be used only in veterinary medicine. It acts by inhibiting the bacterial DNA-gyrase and is effective against a broad range of microorganisms. The minimal inhibitory concentration of enrooxacin against the microorganisms most frequently detected in veterinary medicine (Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus and Mycoplasma) is very low. As a result of this characteristic and of the particular pharmacokinetics of this product, blood concentrations are rapidly achieved.
