COMPOSITION PER ML:

Enro_oxacin 100 mg

INDICATIONS: Broilers: Treatment of infections caused by E. coli,

Salmonella spp. and Mycoplasma spp.

INTERACTIONS:

Do not administer together with bacteriostatic antibiotics (macrolides or tetracyclines).

Do not administer with substances that contain magnesium, calcium and/or aluminium that can reduce the absorption of enro_oxacin. Interactions may occur, at a hepatic level, with other drugs that are eliminated hepatically. Do not administer with non-steroid anti-in_ammatory drugs.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Renal or hepatic insuf_ciency. Animals with growth disorders of cartilage should not be treated. Infections produced by organisms resistant to quinolones.

ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:

Oral, in drinking water.

Broilers: 0.5 ml of HIPRALONA ENRO-S/litre of drinking water, for 3 to 5 days (10 mg of enro_oxacin/kg b.w./day).

OVERDOSE:

In case of accidental overdose, the symptomatology will consist of a weak stimulation of the spontaneous motility, so treatment should be suspended. Intoxication with _uoroquinolones may cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

Meat: 9 days.

Do not administer to layer hens producing eggs for human consumption.

OF SUCH PRODUCTS:

Any unused veterinary medicinal product or waste materials derived from such veterinary medicinal products should be disposed of in accordance with local requirements. Do not store above 25 ºC. Protect from light. Keep out of reach of children. Under veterinary prescription
